輕快又親切的一款西西里白酒，散發檸檬皮、青蘋果與淡淡梨香，伴隨白花與礦質感。口感清爽乾脆，酸度明亮，酒體輕盈，入口有細緻的線條與清新的結尾，很適合夏日或開胃菜搭配。酒莊說明：夢塔爾男爵以有機栽培與現代釀造手法著稱，從西西里陽光充足、受海風調節的葡萄園採摘果實。釀造工序以低溫不鏽鋼發酵保留純淨果香，短時間與泥渣接觸帶來一點圓潤感，完全不以橡木影香為主。在田間可見排水良好的石質土壤與微微坡度，這些條件讓果實保有鮮明酸度與礦物性，造就這支清爽、易飲的日常白酒。建議稍微冰涼飲用，開瓶等候十分鐘左右香氣會更活躍。
