品嚐筆記:酒體豐滿,先以深藍莓與黑醋栗的果實香招呼,細緻的礦物氣息與一抹花香在後段浮現。入口圓潤,單寧已經經過良好整合,不會粗糙,餘韻悠長且帶有優雅的乾果與香料尾韻。 酒莊與葡萄園:來自 Knights Valley 的 Helena Montana 斜坡小園,日夜溫差大,土壤排水良好(火山與沖積混和),產量偏低但果實濃縮,成就結構感與新鮮度兼具的酒款。 釀造工藝:人工採收後嚴格篩選,溫控發酵並以細膩萃取保留果香,裝桶熟成以優質橡木調和單寧,讓酒在瓶中穩健發展。口感溫和但有層次,非常適合慢慢品味並搭配烤紅肉或香料羊肉。 飲用建議:建議醒酒一小時左右,能把香氣完全打開,適合與厚切牛排、烤羊肉或熟成硬奶酪搭配。
Tasting Note: A mature, polished red showing ripe dark-blue fruit and cassis at the core, lifted by mineral and delicate floral top notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a generous, persistent finish that still retains freshness. Producer & Vineyard: From the Helena Montana site in Knights Valley — a hillside site known for warm days and cool nights. Vines are planted on well-draining soils with a mix of volcanic and alluvial deposits, producing concentrated fruit with balanced acidity. Winemaking: Hand-harvested fruit was sorted and fermented with attentive extraction to preserve varietal purity, followed by extended maturation in oak to finesse the tannic structure and build complexity. The result is a refined, age-worthy wine that has developed tertiary notes while keeping primary fruit clarity. Serve & Cellaring: Approaching peak drinking within its suggested window; decant for 60–90 minutes to fully open aromatics. Pairs superbly with roasted or grilled red meats, hearty stews and mature cheeses.
