The 2019 Dominus Estate Napanook is a wine of bold and vibrant character, showcasing exuberant fruit and a smooth structure. This medium-bodied wine is immediately appealing with its distinct personality. Produced from grapes grown exclusively in the Napanook vineyard, the wine reflects the purity, complexity, and character of its unique provenance. The winemaking process involves thorough cluster sorting by hand, optical sorting of berries, and gentle pump-overs to delicately extract aromas, color, and tannin. The wine is hand-racked barrel to barrel every three months, revealing the personality of each lot.
