酒莊與釀造:由Christian Moueix 所屬團隊運作,產量不多,採收期集中於九月,經橡木桶熟成以增添結構與香氣層次。以人工分選與傳統瓶塞封存,保留了果實與桶香的平衡。

Tasting Note: Rich and expansive, this Oakville bottling opens with ripe plum, fig and black cherry framed by tobacco, dark chocolate and a waft of forest floor. Texturally creamy with fine, velvety tannins and a touch of dusty mineral, the palate is broad and layered, finishing long and supple.
Producer Notes: The producer highlights the wine’s breadth and creamy texture — ripe dark fruit and tobacco notes balanced by a lingering, supple finish. Small production and careful selection give this vintage concentration and aging potential.
Winemaking Notes: Harvested across September, the fruit was matured in new and seasoned oak, producing a richly oaked profile without losing textural softness. Bottled under cork, limited production preserves focus and intensity.

Ulysses Vineyard is a small-production estate on the Oakville bench, operated under the ownership of Christian Moueix. The site—an alluvial fan at the foot of the Mayacamas Range—features deep gravelly clay loam and is managed for low yields and concentrated fruit. Wines are barrel-aged and finished with traditional techniques to express the vineyard’s structure and texture.
