品飲筆記:第一眼是清新的紅櫻桃與熟李香,伴隨乾燥草本、淡淡菸草與皮革氣息。口感活潑,酸度明亮,入口帶出鹹香與礦質感,中段飽滿而有層次,單寧結構結實但不粗糙,尾韻帶點土壤與香料味,頗耐喝。 酒莊與產地:來自蒙塔奇諾的著名酒莊,重視地塊表現與傳統手法,田間以低產、人工修剪與人工採收為主,追求果實成熟與風土的平衡。 釀造小記:發酵與浸皮控制得宜,著重保留果香與酸度,同時適度萃取結構。陳年多使用已慣性使用的橡木桶,以增添香辛與柔化單寧,而不蓋住本來的鮮明果味。 葡萄園環境:葡萄園位於坡地,排水良好、日照充足,土壤帶礫石與黏質成分,利於果實成熟與礦物風格的呈現。整體風格偏向平衡與可即飲性,醒酒讓酒更圓潤。

The producer focuses on low yields and careful selection to deliver approachable structure in its younger bottlings. Winemaking notes: Fermentation is handled with attention to balance and extraction; maceration is moderate to retain aromatic lift while building mid-palate weight. Aging typically includes time in seasoned oak to add spice and soften tannins without overpowering freshness. Vineyard notes: Sourced from hillside parcels with well-draining soils and good sun exposure, the vineyards are managed for concentration and typicity. Hand-harvested fruit and strict sorting ensure ripe but balanced grapes at the crush.
