Georges Cordier, the grandfather of the current owners, was one of the first to replant white wine in Médoc in the 1930s. The wine is managed by Lorraine Cordier and Nancy Bignon-Cordier, and the family Bignon-Cordier owns the estate. The vineyard is located in Médoc’s gravelly soil, and the wine is fermented in oak barrels and aged on lees with stirring for 8 months.
