百樂堡的這款夏布利橘子園帶著清爽又俐落的個性:淺金色酒液,先是檸檬皮和青蘋果的明亮香氣,接著是濕石、火打石般的礦物感與海鹽般的鹹香。口感上酸度鮮明、節奏緊緻,酸帶動整體,使果實味保持清新,餘韻乾淨、礦感延續良久。酒莊在清涼氣候的石灰岩地塊收成,採較早採摘以鎖住酸度,發酵與陳年以不搶戲的手法處理,重視產地表現。配海鮮、輕日式料理或奶酪最合拍,開瓶前微醒半小時,口感會更開闊。
Pale gold with a fresh, stony nose, this Chablis offers bright citrus (lemon peel, lime) and green apple framed by pronounced flinty minerality and a saline edge. On the palate it’s racy and precise: nervy acidity, a steely mid-palate and a clean, lingering finish with subtle orchard fruit and wet-stone notes. Produced by Château de Béru in Chablis, the Orangerie is vinified to showcase terroir — early harvesting, cool fermentation and gentle élevage preserve energy and clarity. Vineyards sit on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, giving the wine its mineral backbone and saline tension. Enjoy gently chilled, after a short aeration, with shellfish, sashimi or salty cheeses.

Working primarily from parcels on Kimmeridgian limestone, the estate emphasizes early picking, cool fermentations and restrained élevage to preserve freshness and minerality. The Orangerie bottling aims to present a clean, focused style reflecting the stony soils and cool-climate energy of Chablis.
