來自默索桑特諾一級園的這支酒,果香充沛,能聞到青梅、白桃與梨子的成熟果韻,伴隨著細緻花香與微微烘烤的橡木氣息。口感圓潤且帶奶油質地,中段飽滿,酸度爽朗、礦感清晰,細緻單寧為整體帶來穩定支撐。酒莊由家族小莊經營,釀造時採用小桶陳年,約三成為新桶,讓結構更有層次但不掩蓋果味。田地坐落於石灰質風土,排水良好,產量有限,適合先醒約30分鐘再享受,亦可在未來數年持續發展風味。
Bright and generous, this Meursault Premier Cru opens with mirabelle plum, white peach and pear framed by floral notes and subtle toasted oak. The palate is medium–full with a creamy, gently textured mid‑palate, fine supportive tannins and fresh acidity that carries a mineral-tinged finish. Produced in very limited quantities by a small family domaine, fermentation and ageing took place in small oak barrels (about one third new), adding structure without overpowering the fruit. From the Santenots climat — well-drained, limestone-influenced soils — this vintage offers immediate appeal while also developing further with a few years’ cellaring. Drink from 2025 to 2032; decant briefly to open aromatics.
