Tasting note

A poised Premier Cru from Les Caillerets, this 2022 opens with citrus blossom, baked pear and white peach, then blossoms into toasted hazelnut, gentle vanilla and warm spice from careful oak ageing. The palate is richly textured and creamy—lees ageing provides a rounded mid‑palate while brisk mineral tension keeps the wine lively. Polished and structured, it balances weight and freshness with a long, savoury finish and excellent ageing potential.
