Tasting note

來自彼洛特家族在普尼夢雪山的精緻之作：先是檸檬皮、青蘋果和白花的清新香氣，隨後浮現烤杏仁、奶油麵包與細緻香草的層次感。口感柔滑，奶油般中段帶出礦質脈絡，酸度明快使整體更顯清爽，尾段有一抹鹹礦感與持久餘韻。酒莊以小規模分地管理，位於石灰岩與黏土混合的坡地，日夜溫差大，讓果實保有鮮明酸度。釀造上常採取部分橡木桶發酵與瓶陳在泥渣（lees）上以增加質地，但用橡木克制，重視平衡與地域風格。建議醒約30分鐘，搭海鮮、奶油或有蘑菇、松露風味的料理都很合適。

Elegant Puligny-Montrachet from a respected family domaine: aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, green apple and ripe pear lead to secondary notes of toasted almond, brioche and gentle vanilla. On the palate it combines a creamy mid-palate and fine mineral tension, driven by bright acidity and a saline, lingering finish. Fermented with careful use of oak and often aged on lees to add texture, this cuvée balances richness and precision and will reward short-term cellaring. Drink now–best through the 2030s; decant briefly (about 30 minutes) to open the bouquet.
