這款來自樂迪費伯格的單園酒款,第一口就能感受到清晰的礦感和活潑的柑橘香。香氣以檸檬皮、青蘋果和細緻白花為主,還帶一絲礦石與微妙的油香提點;入口口感緊緻、酸度明快,中段展現鹹味礦質和果皮的苦甜,結尾乾淨且回味帶一點海鹽感。酒莊隸屬沙普提亞(M. Chapoutier)旗下的席福科計畫,重視土地表現與低干預釀造:在涼爽阿爾薩斯的陡坡、偏石板和礫石土壤上種植,手工採收以保留果實清爽度;釀造多採用不鏽鋼或大容量中性容器發酵、避免新木覆蓋風土特質。搭配油脂豐富的魚類、海鮮或中式點心都很合拍,短時間醒酒可讓香氣更開放。
Bright and terroir-driven, this single-site bottling opens with lime zest, green apple and a delicate floral lift. The nose shows a clear stony minerality with a faint petrol/kerosene note that complements the fruit. On the palate it is lively and precise: zippy acidity frames mid-weight texture, revealing wet stone, citrus pith and a saline, persistent finish. Produced by M. Chapoutier's Schieferkopf project, the wine reflects cool-climate Alsace, steep stony slopes and careful, minimal-intervention winemaking. Fermentation is handled to preserve aromatic clarity (stainless or large neutral vessels), with little or no new oak influence and gentle aging to keep the mineral backbone intact. Excellent with oily fish, seafood and lightly spiced Asian fare.
