A rare white from one of Bordeaux's most storied estates, the 2023 Pavillon Blanc combines bright citrus and stone-fruit aromas with floral top notes and a distinct mineral-saline thread. Fermented in French oak and aged for eight months, it shows a creamy, layered texture layered with gentle oak spice and vanilla — yet keeps lively, precise acidity that drives the palate. The mouthfeel is full and structured, with phenolic nuance that gives weight and a lengthy, saline finish. Limited production and rigorous selection make this a concentrated, age-worthy expression that rewards short-term decanting and will evolve gracefully over decades.

Château Margaux needs little introduction: a historic Médoc estate renowned for elegance and precision. Under the ownership of Corinne Mentzelopoulos-Petit and the guidance of winmaker Philippe Bascaules, the estate pursues meticulous vineyard work and rigorous selection. The white Pavillon is made from an old plot reworked in recent decades; only a fraction of the harvest is bottled into this cru, fermented and aged in French oak to achieve texture and complexity while preserving the site's freshness and minerality.
