滴隆 X.O. Premium 來自 Bas Armagnac，是一支層次豐富、口感圓潤的雅文邑。杯中先是熟成果乾的香氣——無花果、梅乾與蜜橙皮，隨之而來的是烘烤橡木、香草和太妃糖的暖意。入口滑順飽滿，帶有焦糖、烤杏仁與溫和香料的味道，尾韻長而溫暖，最後留下一抹皮革與堅果的餘香。酒莊由家族經營，重視來自 Bas Armagnac 沙質、排水良好的田地特性，並以法國橡木桶細緻熟成，讓酒在時間中慢慢打磨出複雜度與細膩口感。飲用前在杯中靜置約二十分鐘，可讓香氣充分展開。

Delord X.O. Premium from Bas Armagnac is a richly layered eau-de-vie that balances mature fruit and toasted oak. On the nose expect dried figs, prune and candied orange peel framed by warm vanilla, toffee and subtle tobacco. The palate is velvety and full-bodied with notes of caramel, roasted almond, baking spice and a hint of leather; oak ageing gives a polished, spicy backbone. A long, warming finish lingers with lingering nutty and candied-fruit echoes. Crafted by the family-owned Delord house, this X.O. expresses Bas Armagnac’s sandy, well-drained terroir and careful barrel ageing for a complex, contemplative sipper. Best allowed to open in the glass for about 20 minutes before serving.
