Pale lemon with green highlights, this Pouilly-Fumé opens with lively aromas of citrus peel, grapefruit and green orchard fruit framed by white florals and a distinctive flinty smoke. On the palate it is bright and focused — zippy acidity, a sleek mineral backbone and a fine, slightly saline texture carry flavors through a persistent, refreshing finish. Produced by the family-run Domaine Tabordet in Pouilly-Fumé, the wine reflects cool-climate precision and the stony, silex-rich soils of the appellation. Producer notes: Domaine Tabordet, led by Yvon and Pascal Tabordet, crafts wines that emphasize site expression and freshness. Winemaking: hand-harvested fruit is fermented cool in stainless tanks to preserve aromatics; careful lees contact and temperature control add subtle texture without masking vibrancy.
