品飲筆記:這款2025年份呈現明亮而清爽的香氣,先是醃津果與熱帶果香(如鳳梨、油桃)接續以粉紅葡柚帶出活潑的柑橘調。口感屬中等酒體,質地略帶奶油感,但酸度爽脆、草本和礦物感交織,收結細緻且尾韻綿長。 酒莊與產地:雲霧之灣(Cloudy Bay)位於瓦拉烏谷,現為LVMH旗下,長期以生產有地風味的白酒著稱。此酒主要來自谷底的幾個園區(Estate、Motukawa、Widow's Block、Red Shed、Mustang),礫石排水良好,受海洋性氣候影響而保有清爽酸度與礦感。 釀造方式:採取冷沉澱後澄清上桶,主要使用不鏽鋼槽發酵以保留新鮮果香;約5%在大木桶較高溫度發酵,另有部分以野生酵母進行,增加口感層次。整體不進橡木熟成,瓶口採旋蓋封口。 口感建議:建議冰鎮後飲用,開瓶可靜置約15–30分鐘讓香氣完全展開。配餐方面很適合搭配山羊乳酪、開胃拼盤、新鮮海鮮或較清爽的亞洲料理。總體風格明快,入口順滑,尾韻帶礦物鹹感,十分討喜。

Tasting Note: Bright, aromatic and taut — this 2025 Cloudy Bay offers lively aromas of gooseberry, pineapple and nectarine, with pink grapefruit lifting the citrus profile. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy texture, herbaceous snap and flinty mineral thread, finishing long and silky. Producer Notes: From Cloudy Bay Vineyards in Marlborough, now part of the LVMH family, the wine reflects the estate's focus on expressive, site-driven whites. Fruit is sourced from Wairau Valley sites including Estate, Motukawa, Widow's Block, Red Shed and Mustang. Winemaking: After harvest the free-run juice was cold settled, racked and inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation was carried out mainly in stainless steel, with almost 5% fermented in large-format oak vats at warmer temperatures; a portion was allowed to ferment with wild yeast to add texture and complexity. Unoaked overall and finished under screwcap. Vineyard Notes: Vineyards are planted on the Wairau Valley floor where free-draining gravelly soils and a cool maritime-influenced climate favour concentrated aromatics and crisp acidity. These parcels produce lively fruit with pronounced minerality. Serving & Decanting: Best served chilled. A brief 15–30 minute rest (about 20 minutes) after opening lets the aromatics lift and the palate settle. Food Pairing: Excellent with goats' cheeses and feta, antipasti, fresh seafood, grilled yellowtail cheek, and lighter Asian dishes.
