品飲筆記:酒體濃郁,先是黑莓、深李與黑醋栗的果香打頭陣,接著是雪松、煙草與石墨氣息;中段有烘烤香草與香料的溫暖餘韻。口感飽滿,果實紮實且有彈性的酸度被緊緻的單寧支撐,尾韻悠長帶微微烤木香。 酒莊與產區:安娜高特位於騎士谷(Knights Valley),以小產量、重視產地表現的釀造方式聞名。這裡日照充足、晝夜溫差大,幫助果實成熟同時保留清爽酸度。 釀造手法:採分批發酵與較長浸皮來提高色澤與結構,之後在法國與美國橡木桶陳放約16–20個月,其中部分使用新桶以增添香料與深度,裝瓶前以低度處理保留風味完整性。 葡萄園管理:選自坡地低產、排水良好的火成岩土壤,人工採收與嚴格篩選確保每一批果實的成熟均衡與濃縮度。這款酒在餐桌上偏好與烤紅肉、濃味燉菜與陳年起司搭配。

Tasting note: A concentrated, structured red showing layered aromas of blackberry, dark plum and cassis with cedar, tobacco and graphite notes. Spiced vanilla and toasted oak emerge on the mid-palate. The palate is dense with ripe fruit framed by firm, fine-grained tannins and lively acidity, finishing long and savory. Producer notes: From Anakota Wines’ Knights Valley holdings, this vintage highlights warm daytime ripening and cool nights; fruit is picked for concentration and balance. Small-lot production emphasizes site expression and careful selection at harvest. Winemaking notes: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless tanks with extended maceration to extract color and tannin. Pressed and racked to a mix of French and American oak for roughly 16–20 months, with a portion in new oak to add structure and spice, then bottled with minimal fining. Vineyard notes: Low-yield hillside blocks in volcanic and well-drained soils give focused, concentrated berries. Hand-harvested fruit benefits from long hang-time and diurnal temperature swings that preserve acidity while developing ripe tannin structure.
