品飲筆記:酒款清新有朝氣,柑橘類與青檸香氣鮮明,搭配青草與一絲辣椒般的香草氣息。口感酸度俐落,結構明快,餘韻乾淨而持久。 酒莊背景:蒙眼酒莊(The Prisoner Wine Company)由 Jack 與 Kathy Pagendarm 主理,近年致力以北海岸索諾瑪的多樣產區釀出具現代感的白酒作品,追求平衡與層次。 釀造手法:以低溫發酵保存清新果香為主,主要採用不鏽鋼及中性容器,並透過短期澱粉接觸(sur lie)增加中段質地,使酒體更圓潤但不掩蓋活潑酸度。木桶使用極少或以中性木桶為主,保留清爽口感。 葡萄園與風土:來自索諾瑪縣較涼爽的園區,受海風影響、晝夜溫差大,幫助累積明亮酸度與集中的柑橘香。土壤多變,時有礦質感滲出,為酒款帶來俐落收尾。 飲用建議:冰鎮後立即飲用或稍醒 15 分鐘更見表現。配菜方面特別適合清爽沙拉、柑橘風味海鮮、山羊奶酪或帶香草與墨西哥風味的小食。

The palate is taut and bracingly acidic, delivering clean, zesty flavors and a dry, persistent finish. Producer notes: Crafted by The Prisoner Wine Company under the ownership of Jack and Kathy Pagendarm, this release aims to present a fresh, contemporary white from Sonoma County that balances vibrancy with textural interest. Winemaking notes: Fermented primarily in stainless steel with careful temperature control to preserve aromatic clarity; the wine sees subtle lees contact to add mid-palate texture and roundness without softening its lively acidity. Minimal oak influence keeps the focus on freshness and varietal character. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced across Sonoma County’s cooler sites on the North Coast, where coastal breezes and diurnal temperature swings lend crisp acidity and concentrated citrus expression. Soils are mixed, often contributing a flinty, mineral undertone to the aromatics and finish. Serving suggestion: Chill well and give a short 15-minute pour or quick decant to open aromas. Best enjoyed fresh over the next 1–3 years. Pair with salads, ceviche, grilled shellfish, goat cheese or bright, herb-driven dishes.
