品飲筆記:酒色深透,前調帶出石墨與煙草的沉穩氣息,接著是濃郁的深色果實香,隱約有桉樹、森林菇蕈與番茄糊的鹹香。口感乾爽扎實,酸度明亮,單寧結實但有嚼感,橡木與香料柔和交錯,收結長且帶點收斂感。 酒莊與釀造:加耶羅莎以呈現土地風貌為核心,將多塊園地的特色編織成一瓶複雜而優雅的酒。全園手採,採收期拉長約六週以確保各區最佳成熟度;釀造時先以冷浸出香,再進行20–30天的長時間浸皮,僅使用自然酵母發酵,完成乳酸發酵於混凝土與木桶中。陳年在小橡木桶與大木桶中進行(約30%新桶),不同風格的酒液陳釀11至20個月,最後回到混凝土缸中熟成數月後裝瓶。 葡萄園環境:園內多塊地塊形成微氣候與土壤差異,莊園注重田間管理與分區採收以保留每塊地的個性。這款2017帶有托斯卡納田野的厚實感與沿海地帶的清爽骨架,現在醒一小時飲用已頗迷人,未來幾年仍有發展空間。
Tasting Note: Deep ruby with an intense aromatic profile — graphite and tobacco lead into a core of dark berries (blueberry, elderberry) with hints of eucalyptus, earthy mushroom and tomato paste. On the palate it is dry, concentrated and chewy, driven by brisk acidity and firm, gripping tannins, with toasted oak and spice weaving through a long, finishing drive. Producer Notes: Caiarossa presents the purest expression of its estate: a carefully composed blend of seven varieties that together reveal the complexity and nobility of the terroir. The team emphasizes site expression and attentive cellar work to produce a luxurious yet site-focused wine. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand-harvested over approximately six weeks. Winemaking features an initial cold maceration followed by 20–30 days on the skins, fermentations in concrete and wooden tanks using indigenous yeasts, and malolactic in concrete and wood. Ageing is carried out in tonneaux and barrels (around 30% new oak), from roughly 11 to 20 months depending on the lots, followed by 6 months in concrete before bottling. Vineyard Notes: The estate’s vineyards are worked to express a mosaic of site differences across the property, with careful attention at harvest to pick timing and fruit concentration. The 2017 vintage offers ripe structure with enough freshness to reward medium-term cellaring. Drinking window: 2021–2035.
