Tasting note

Tasting Note: Deep reddish-purple in the glass, this Pauillac shows ripe black fruit, cassis and floral violet notes layered with cedar, graphite and subtle tobacco. Mineral freshness keeps the palate focused. Producer Notes: Intense yet elegant, the wine balances ripe, rounded tannins with purity and a long, aromatic finish. Winemaking: Hand-harvested fruit undergoes two selections and a long maceration of roughly three weeks. Vinified with careful extraction and aged 16–18 months in French oak (about 75% new), creating polished texture and oak spice. Vineyard: Vines average 38 years old planted on very deep coarse gravel soils that give lift, concentration and classic Pauillac structure. This vintage delivers richness and complexity while remaining finely knit and age-worthy.
