品嚐筆記:這瓶來自聖艾斯泰夫的酒,入口飽滿且多汁,黑莓、黑醋栗與成熟李子的果香很直率,伴隨可可、煙草與一抹紫羅蘭花香。單寧結構紮實但細緻,酸度支撐整體節奏,尾韻帶有陸地的鹹香與香料感。 葡萄園與生產:酒莊種在帶有砾石的坡地,下面是沙質黏土,排水與熱反射佳,果實成熟度穩定。採收以人工入箱並整串篩選,保留果實完整性與新鮮度。 釀造與陳年:在溫控混凝土與不鏽鋼槽發酵,使用精選酵母,完成後在法國新橡木桶中進行乳酸發酵與陳年。橡木帶來細緻香料與雪松感,與果味融合良好。 飲用建議:若想讓香氣與層次更開,醒酒一小時左右最好;搭配烤牛排、野味或有油脂的烤肉都很對味,或以成熟硬質起司為配。
Tasting note: Dense, classically built Saint-Estèphe with a core of dark berry fruit — blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum — layered with dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and a violet-scented lift. The palate is full-bodied and juicy, framed by well-integrated, fine-grained tannins and a savoury, lingering finish. Producer & vineyard: From Château Le Crock in Saint-Estèphe, the vines sit on garonnaise gravel with a sandy-clay subsoil. Hand-harvested into crates with careful manual sorting of whole bunches preserves freshness and selection quality. Winemaking & ageing: Fermented in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel vats using selected yeasts; malolactic fermentation is completed in new French oak barrels. The wine sees careful maturation in French oak, giving spice, cedar and polished wood notes without overwhelming the fruit. Cellaring & service: Built for medium-term ageing (drinking window through mid-century), it rewards 60–90 minutes of decanting to open up its layers. Serve with roasted and grilled red meats or mature cheeses.
