這瓶龐德格力1990年有典型波亞克陳年風格:開杯先是皮革、松露和深色果乾香,接著滲出醬油般的鮮味、雪松與菸草氣息,帶有礦石般的冷冽。口感層次豐富但不厚重,單寧已被時間磨圓,質地絲滑,尾韻以鹹鮮與乾果的餘味延伸。酒莊以生物動力與有機認證耕作,石礫淺土賦予排水良好與礦物感,所有葡萄以小盒手工採收。釀造上採用人工分揀、天然酵母發酵、四週輕力浸皮與桶外完成MLF,熟成16–18個月在新法桶、混凝土酒罐與用過桶中交替,使酒體同時擁有橡木香與陶罐的純淨質感。適合短時間醒酒,與紅肉或風乾硬質起司非常合拍。
A classic, mature Pauillac from one of the estate’s landmark vintages. Aromas of leather, truffle, dark berry compote and soy are layered over cedar, tobacco and a mineral graphite thread. The palate is savory and concentrated, showing rounded, mellowed tannins and a firm mineral spine lifted by lingering tertiary notes. Hand-harvested fruit from Quaternary gravel soils is vinified with indigenous yeasts, a four-week maceration with gentle punch-downs and malo in vats. Aging is notable — roughly 16–18 months split between 50% new French oak, 35% concrete amphora and 15% older barrels — which contributes to its polished oak spice and amphora-driven purity. A 5ème Grand Cru Classé run by the Tesseron family with biodynamic certification, this wine rewards short decanting to settle and reveal complex savory layers.

Chateau Pontet-Canet is a Fifth Growth Pauillac estate owned by Alfred and Michel Tesseron. In recent decades the domaine has moved to organic and biodynamic viticulture, working 81 hectares of gravelly plots. Winemaking blends traditional hands-on sorting and indigenous ferments with modern precision; ageing includes a mix of new French oak and amphora, reflecting a commitment to both power and terroir expression.
