品飲筆記:酒液深寶石紅,先散發出黑櫻桃、黑莓與熟李子的果香,隨後有紫羅蘭、甘草與溫暖香料的層次。口感中段飽滿但不沉重,單寧細緻帶點顆粒感,酸度明亮,礦物質感結尾悠長。 酒莊與葡萄園:卓龍夢特位於產區最高處,享有360度采光與複雜土壤,這片田地強調生物多樣性與自然平衡,釀出能精準呈現風土的酒款。 釀造手法:以傳統細緻的酒莊作業與新橡木養成(14個月)塑造骨架和香氣,不刻意誇張果味,而是追求層次與優雅。建議醒酒約90分鐘,搭配紅肉或風乾起司最對味。

Tasting Note: Deep garnet in the glass with an aromatic lift of black cherry, juicy blackberry and black plum, layered with violet florals, licorice and warm spice. The palate is medium to medium‑full, showing tight, grainy yet polished tannins, lively acidity and a chalky, mineral finish that lingers. Producer & Vineyard: Troplong Mondot sits at the highest point of the appellation; exceptional 360° exposure and complex soils give the wine its clarity and depth. The estate emphasises biodiversity and terroir expression, seeking balance between power and finesse. Winemaking & Ageing: Carefully crafted and oaked (14 months) to support the wine’s aromatic precision and structure, with traditional cellar work and cork closure. Built for both near-term enjoyment after a good decant and long-term cellaring across decades. Decant ~90 minutes to open aromas and soften the tannic frame.
