Tasting note

這支來自彼洛特家族的夏山夢雪白「橡木園」，帶有誘人的果香與溫和奶油感，入口圓潤但不膩。酒體受橡木桶細緻調理，散發烤杏仁、香草與些許香料氣息，舌面能感受到泥土礦質與清爽的酸度拉扯，尾韻乾淨而持久。產量小（僅約2,600瓶），採傳統手法釀造，重視葡萄園的風土管理與橡木的細節運用，適合與蘑菇類、燻魚或烤家禽搭配，也能短期陳年發展更多層次。

Toasted oak and vanilla from careful barrel ageing add hazelnut and spice notes, while creamy lees influence brings a smooth, rounded mid-palate. Production is modest, allowing attention to detail from vine to bottle.
