Tasting note

深寶石紅的色澤，一開杯便有淡淡紫羅蘭花香，緊接著是紅櫻桃與黑果的果香，帶著森林土壤與礦物的冷冽氣息。口感以細緻絲滑的單寧為骨，果實濃縮卻不厚重，橡木陳年留下溫和香草與烘香，尾韻綿長而清晰。此酒來自羅曼尼聖維望特級坡地，黏土與褐色石灰岩層帶來穩定的結構與礦性表現。建議醒酒約45分鐘，讓香氣與口感更顯立體，搭配燒鴨、野味或成熟乳酪都很合拍。

Deep garnet in the glass, this Grand Cru opens with perfumed notes of violet and lifted red and black fruits, followed by hints of forest floor and cool limestone minerality. The palate is classically balanced—silky, finely-grained tannins frame concentrated fruit and subtle oak from careful maturation in barrels, leading to a long, persistent finish. From one of Romanée-Saint-Vivant’s celebrated slopes at the foot of Romanée-Conti, the soils of clayey brown limestone over hard limestone lend precision and age-worthiness. Best enjoyed after a short decant to let the aromatics broaden.
