品飲筆記：杯色中等深寶石紅，初聞紅櫻桃、野草莓與紅李香氣，隨之而來的是帶泥土的森林氣息與細緻香料感。入喉口感順滑，單寧細緻，酸度明快，整體中等酒體但層次豐富，收尾偏鹹香與礦質感，回味持續。 酒莊與釀造：尼古拉小莊園注重田間管理與低產，力求以簡潔的釀造手法呈現產區風土。釀造時採溫和浸皮與適度桶陳，使果香與結構能夠和諧交融，不刻意追求華麗外顯，而是要細緻與耐喝的輪廓。 葡萄園：田菲士一級園坐落中坡，石灰質與黏土混合土壤賦予礦物感與緊緻酸度。涼爽大陸性氣候與精細的樹蔭管理讓果實成熟均衡，酒款因此擁有清晰的礦感、優雅的酸度與延展性的中段口感，適合略加醒酒飲用並可陳放數年。

Tasting Note: Bright, mid ruby in the glass with an aromatic lift of red cherry, wild strawberry and hints of red plum. Underneath there's a savory mineral thread—wet stone, forest floor and gentle baking spice—leading to a palate of silky tannins, poised acidity and a medium-bodied core that finishes with lingering savory-mineral notes. Producer Notes: From a small Pernand-Vergelesses producer, this Premier Cru expresses clear site identity: finesse, tension and restraint rather than power. The domaine focuses on careful vineyard work and low yields to concentrate flavour while preserving freshness. Winemaking Notes: Vinified to showcase terroir, the wine undergoes gentle extraction and an élevage in French oak barrels with attentive ageing to integrate wood and preserve aromatic clarity. The approach aims for balance—refined texture, measured structure and longevity. Vineyard Notes: Les Fichots sits on mid-slope calcareous-clay limestone soils that give the wine its mineral line and tensile acidity. Cooler continental conditions and thoughtful canopy work allow gradual phenolic ripening, producing perfumes and a refined mid-palate. Drinking window: 2025–2033.
