品飲筆記：一款立即討喜的白酒，散發成熟的棕梨與黃蘋果果香，並有蜂蜜花香與淡淡泥土氣息，尾端帶一絲香料感。入口偏乾，酸度活潑，順滑如絲的奶油感在中段包裹果味，尾韻乾淨。 釀造與產地：由霍克斯灣的 Haha Wine 精心釀製，重視果香的純淨與易飲性。釀造時以較低溫度保留鮮明香氣，適度與酒泥接觸以增加口感厚度，讓酒體有柔和的奶油感但仍保有清爽酸度。葡萄園位於霍克斯灣，白天溫暖、夜晚受海風調節，成熟而帶有清新酸度，礫石與部分黏土土壤為酒款帶來微妙的礦物與土質氣息。這是一支適合即飲且容易搭餐的日常佳釀。
