Tasting note
瑪高白 2022 帶著一種優雅而不張揚的力量。前段是清新的柑橘與青蘋果、梨和白桃,接著有菠蘿、杏桃的熱帶果香與細緻的花香;酒體經過法國橡木桶發酵並陳放 6–8 個月,搭配細膩的攪桶(bâtonnage)處理,口感有奶油感與圓潤的中段,同時保持明快而彈性的酸度。尾韻帶有礦物、鹹鮮與粉感,收尾長且清晰。產量稀少、來自莊園一小片歷史葡園,既適合即飲配餐,也值得短中期陳放收藏。
Pavillon Blanc 2022 from Château Margaux marries precision and textural depth. The bouquet opens with bright citrus and orchard fruits — lemon, green apple, pear and white peach — layered with tropical touches of pineapple and apricot, delicate floral notes and a subtle vanilla/oak spice. Fermented and aged 6–8 months in French oak with careful lees work, the palate shows a plush, almost creamy mid-palate balanced by vivid acidity and clear mineral drive. A chalky, saline finish gives great persistence and finesse. Made from a tiny plot within the estate and produced in very limited quantities, this is a gastronomic white: elegant, concentrated and long-lived.

Château Margaux — one of Bordeaux's great Médoc estates, Château Margaux is renowned for its historic property and exacting winemaking. Under the ownership of Corinne Mentzelopoulos-Petit and management including Philippe Bascaules, the team produces both the grand vin and small-production whites from an eleven-hectare vineyard parcel dedicated to this special cuvée. The estate applies meticulous selection and modern cellaring, using French oak and controlled lees work to add texture while preserving freshness.
