品飲筆記:酒液明亮,先呈現青檸與葡柚的清爽柑橘香,接著有綠蘋果與白花的細緻香氣。礦物與些許鹹感貫穿始終,酸度俐落,口腔中段圓潤但不沈重,收尾乾淨利落。 酒莊與生產:這是來自瑪高(Château Margaux)旗下的第二白標,由現任掌門人科琳·曼策洛普洛斯-佩蒂(Corinne Mentzelopoulos-Petit)監製,定位為更易飲且具代表性風土的選擇,講求性價比與優雅風格。 釀造手法:清晨採收以保留清新果酸,冷控不鏽鋼發酵以維持香氣,添入適度酵泥擴展口感厚度。全程以溫和手法處理,避免過重橡木,使礦質與鮮明果酸成為主角。 葡萄園環境:葡萄來自瑪高產區及鄰近精選地塊,土壤以礫石混合粘土與石灰層為主,受吉倫德河口的海風調節,日夜溫差明顯,有利於香氣與酸度的平衡。園內採取低產量與嚴格篩選,確保果實集中與風土表現。 建議醒酒約20分鐘,搭配海鮮、甲殼類或溫和起司都非常合拍,適合喜愛清新礦感風格的飲家。

Flinty minerality and a subtle saline thread carry through, supported by vibrant, mouthwatering acidity and a finely poised mid-palate. Producer Notes: Produced by Château Margaux under the stewardship of Corinne Mentzelopoulos-Petit, this second vin offers the estate's signature terroir expression in a more approachable, value-driven bottling. It aims for clarity and freshness while reflecting Margaux's coastal influence. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are picked early for brightness, fermented in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve aromatic lift, with selected lees contact to add texture. Minimal extraction and restrained use of neutral vessels keep oak influence to a minimum, highlighting purity and minerality. Vineyard Notes: Fruit is sourced from estate and selected nearby plots in the Margaux/Bordeaux area—well-draining gravel and mixed clay-limestone soils with cool maritime breezes from the Gironde. Low yields and careful sorting prioritize concentration and freshness. Serve slightly chilled and allow a short 15–30 minute breathing time to open aromatics. Ideal with richer seafood, shellfish and lightly spiced starters.
