品飲筆記:這款來自麥拉倫谷的酒帶有鮮明的藍色果實氣息,黑莓與野莓香氣先出,隨之而來的是烘焙香料、丁香與八角的暖香。酒體圓潤、柔軟,橡木帶來的香料與些微收斂感讓整體更有層次;空氣中會浮現一抹海風般的鹹感,尾韻悠長。 酒莊與田地:雙手酒莊(Two Hands)將最佳園塊集合於「希哈莉園」系列,採自Blewitt Springs、Clarendon、McLaren Flat、Seaview、Tatachilla與Willunga Hills等子產區。葡萄樹齡約15至60年,坡地海拔75–320公尺,年雨量約500–700毫米,砂質為主的土壤讓香氣提升、口感保有柔和與圓潤。 釀造筆記:由釀酒師Ben Perkins主導,田間由Travis Coombe監管。以橡木桶陳年塑造結構與香氣,瓶塞封瓶,兼具立即可飲的吸引力與適合陳年的骨架。建議醒酒後享用,或收藏數年讓丹寧更顯細緻。

Tasting Note: Generous and inviting, this McLaren Vale bottling opens with cascading blue fruits—boysenberry and brambly notes—layered with baking spices, clove and star anise. Oak seasoning adds a touch of old-school cocoa and astringency that the wine wears confidently; a saline thread threads through the palate and the finish stretches long and pulsing. Producer & Vineyard: From Two Hands' Lily’s Garden cuvée, selected fruit from multiple McLaren Vale subregions (Blewitt Springs, Clarendon, McLaren Flat, Seaview, Tatachilla, Willunga Hills). Soils are predominantly sand-based with maritime influence; vines range from around 15 to 60 years old, grown at 75–320m altitude with 500–700mm annual rainfall. Winemaking: Crafted by winemaker Ben Perkins and overseen in the vineyard by Travis Coombe, the wine is matured in oak which contributes structure and spice. Bottled under cork, it shows both early charm and the tannic backbone to evolve over the next decade. Drinking window c.2023–2033.
