Terms and Conditions for King's Wine Voyage
1. Introduction
Welcome to King's Wine Voyage ("Event"), organized by King's Wine Cellar. By participating in this Event, you ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Event.
2. Event Details
Date and Time: 21 September 2024, 13:00 - 20:00
Location: 2F, Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong
Participants: Limited to 500 persons
Wine Tasting: Approximately 250 SKUs of wine available for tasting
Ordering: Orders can be placed using the webpage by self-scanning the QR code provided in your electronic pass.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal drinking age in their country of residence, whichever is higher.
Valid identification must be presented at the entrance.
4. Registration and Entry
Participants must register online and present their electronic pass at the entrance.
The electronic pass contains a QR code for ordering wines, which is unique to each Participant.
5. Conduct at the Event
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
Excessive consumption of alcohol is discouraged. We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who appears intoxicated.
Any damage to property or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
6. Tasting and Ordering
Tasting is limited to the quantities provided by the exhibitors.
Quantities of wine served by people correspond to “tasting doses".
Orders can be placed using the webpage by scanning the QR code in the electronic pass.
Important: Prices for wines are only valid on the event date and can only be accessed via the QR code on the electronic pass. Orders must be placed during the Event.
Orders are subject to availability and unsold stock; quantities are not guaranteed.
7. Payment and Refunds
Payments for orders must be made through the provided webpage.
All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided unless there is a defect in the product.
8. Delivery
Delivery of ordered wines will be arranged within 7 days from the date of the Event, except for pre-ordered items.
Delivery fees will be waived for orders totaling HKD $1200 or more.
Participants must provide accurate delivery information at the time of ordering.
The organizers are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect delivery information or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.
Please drink responsibly and arrange for safe transportation if consuming alcohol.
10. Limitation of Liability
The organizers of the Event are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property in connection with the Event.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims arising from their participation in the Event.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of managing the Event.
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
12. Consent to Photography and Recording
By attending the Event, Participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These images and recordings may be used in future promotional materials, social media, and other marketing efforts without compensation.
13. Extreme Weather
In the event of typhoon signal #8 or Black Rain Storm Warning or adverse weather is hoisted by the official announcement from the Hong Kong Observatory, the captioned event can be rescheduled within 3 months, subject to availability and confirmation by King's Wine.
Ticket can be refund or transferable to the new date. In the event of typhoon signal #3 or Red Rain Storm Warning, the function will resume as normal and any cancellation will not be accepted.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Participants via email or the Event webpage.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
