Tasting note
Bright and polished, this non-vintage bottling from a storied Champagne house shows crisp green-apple and citrus zest on the nose, joined by delicate brioche and light gingery spice. The palate offers a creamy yet lively mousse, ripe orchard fruit and a chalky mineral thread that carries through a long, refreshing finish. The blend leans on a recent base vintage with reserve wines for depth and balance, and a measured Brut dosage keeps the wine dry and precise. Winemaking follows the traditional method with careful aging on lees and a portion of reserve wines that add toast and weight. Sourced from distinct estate parcels—riverside, hillside and mid-slope sites—the wine expresses both freshness and subtle maturity. Serve well-chilled, straight from the bottle or after a short open-air rest; ideal with scallops, lobster, creamy cheeses or festive roasts.
