The history of Chateau de Beru takes back from the 12th century. This family owned estate is located on the southern slopes of the Beru Valley, with vineyards at an altitude of 350-400m. In order to bring out the best terroir of the historical vineyards, the estate has been farmed organically since 2005, and adopted biodynamic farming since 2011.

This Bourgogne is the entry level of the estate. Refreshing with citrus aromas, easy to drink and finishes with some mineral tension.
