品嚐筆記:這支來自Vigna Cerretta的Barolo散發成熟紅莓與深色果實香,伴隨微妙的玫瑰花瓣氣息和一抹桉樹香,橡木與烘焙味點綴其中。口感飽滿多汁,單寧結構明顯卻磨圓成奶油感,尾韻悠長帶有咖啡、甘草與核果的餘味。酒莊與釀造:Ca' Rome為注重風土的小型酒莊,果實以人工採收,透過較長時間的浸皮與慎重的發酵管理來抽取香氣與單寧,之後在木桶中陳放使酒體更為穩定。葡萄園環境:塞雷塔園位於石灰黏土土壤,日夜溫差大,產生集中且帶礦感的果實。整體風格既有力量也帶細緻張力,醒酒一小時以上更能展現層次,適合搭配紅燒或風味豐富的熟成乳酪。

Tasting note: A classic Barolo with an inviting bouquet of ripe cherries, dark wild berries and dried rose petal, edged by eucalyptus and subtle smoky oak. On the palate it is concentrated and juicy, with tightly woven, creamy tannins and notes of espresso, licorice and walnut leading to a long, persistent finish. Producer notes: From the Ca' Rome estate Vigna Cerretta, this single-vineyard bottling expresses a focused site character — intense fruit balanced by structural grip. The 2016 vintage shows both generosity and classic Barolo tension. Winemaking notes: Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with extended maceration to extract depth and spice, followed by full malolactic conversion and maturation in oak vessels to soften tannins while preserving energy. Vineyard notes: Vigna Cerretta sits on calcareous-clay soils with favourable exposure, producing concentrated, pithy fruit that benefits from cool nights and careful canopy management. Best enjoyed after decanting, it will evolve beautifully over the next decade-plus.
