A lively NV Champagne presented as a Nature (zero-dosage) brut that emphasizes purity and mineral clarity. On the nose, bright lemon zest and green apple are joined by subtle brioche and baking-levain notes from extended lees contact. The palate is driven by brisk, mouth-watering acidity, crisp citrus fruits and a chalky, saline minerality that gives structure and lift. Fine, persistent mousse and a dry, clean finish make this bottle an excellent aperitif or partner for delicate seafood. Producer notes suggest low-intervention winemaking with attention to terroir expression, hand-harvested fruit, wild-yeast fermentations and extended ageing on lees to build texture without added sweetness.
