Bright, refined Premier Cru Champagne made in the traditional method. The nose opens with crisp citrus peel, green apple and delicate white florals, then develops to toasty brioche and almond notes from extended ageing on lees. On the palate the mousse is fine and energetic, driven by racy acidity and mineral tension that frames flavors of lemon curd, orchard fruit and a touch of saline. Elegant and persistent, this wine balances freshness with subtle autolytic complexity—ideal with shellfish, lightly fried starters or mildly spiced Asian dishes. Serve well-chilled; no heavy decanting required, just allow a few minutes in the glass for aromatics to unfurl.
