This wine is best enjoyed after decanting for an hour and pairs wonderfully with grilled lamb, beef stew, mature cheeses, and duck confit.

The vineyard is characterized by its gravel and clay soils with an iron-rich subsoil, which contribute to the unique profile of the wine. The grapes are harvested between September 12th and 27th, and the wine is matured in oak barrels to enhance its complexity and depth.
