品飲筆記:酒色深沉,打開後黑莓、藍莓先行,伴隨甘草、石墨、微妙的香料與紫花香氣。入口豐滿,果實濃郁而有層次,橙皮與黑巧克力的細節點綴其間,單寧結構緊實但絲滑,餘韻悠長。 酒莊與釀造:寶馬莊以追求平衡、細緻與悠長著稱,釀酒團隊在田間與酒窖皆極為講究。2015年於9月下旬至10月初採收,經20個月橡木桶陳年以強化口感結構與木質整合,瓶塞封口保存傳統風格。 葡萄園環境:莊園位於馬歌產區心臟地帶,66公頃砾石土壤臨近吉倫河,行距留草與有利的微氣候,造就果實成熟度與礦物感的平衡。2015年的氣候條件讓果皮厚實、單寧集中但成熟良好。 品飲建議:建議醒酒約1到2小時(約90分鐘)再飲,可釋放更多層次。搭配牛排、鹿肉或成熟芝士最合拍,若收藏則更能展現時間帶來的複雜變化。
Tasting Note: Deep, opaque colour giving forth an intricate bouquet of blueberry and blackberry framed by licorice, graphite, incense and violet floral notes. The palate is full-bodied and sumptuous — dense dark fruit layers, hints of orange zest and dark chocolate, with silk-like texture and a firmly structured, very long finish. Producer Notes: Château Palmer aims for wines of focus, balance, length and silk. The 2015 vintage reflects intense phenolic ripeness and a marriage of power and finesse; Thomas Duroux oversees a meticulous regime from vine to cellar. Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested (22 Sept – 7 Oct), fermented with careful extraction to preserve purity of fruit, matured for 20 months in oak to build texture and oak integration. Bottled under cork, the wine displays harmonised alcohol, wood and tannin. Vineyard Notes & Vintage: From 66 hectares of gravelly soils overlooking the Gironde estuary, vines benefit from a temperate microclimate and grassy row management. The 2015 growing season combined a dry early spring, warm summer with intermittent rain and an excellent September that produced concentrated, perfectly ripe fruit. Serving: Decant for about 90 minutes to reveal layered aromatics. Serve at c.16–18°C. Cellaring potential extends for decades; drinking window broad but already remarkably impressive in youth.

Château Palmer (3ème Grand Cru Classé) is a benchmark Margaux estate famed for elegant, silky-styled wines. Run under the guidance of Thomas Duroux and majority ownership by the Sichel and Mähler-Besse families, the property’s 66 hectares of gravel soils and careful viticulture produce wines of concentration, balance and long ageing potential. The estate combines traditional élevage with meticulous vineyard work and, in recent years, increasingly attentive organic/biodynamic practices in parts of the holdings.
