2010 飛龍世家展現深邃石榴紅色,香氣以成熟黑莓、藍莓與黑醋栗為主,伴隨甘草、菸草、松露與黑巧克力的細緻層次。入口厚實飽滿,果味甜感與鮮明酸度相互平衡,單寧結實卻帶有纖細感,結構兼具力量與優雅,餘韻持久而令人回味。酒莊於9月底至10月中分期採收,採用不鏽鋼槽與500公升小桶發酵,再以橡木桶熟成18個月。葡萄園面積約70公頃,平均樹齡約35年,密植管理強調控水與均衡成熟。釀酒團隊在 Alain Coculet 與顧問 Michel Rolland 的帶領下,保留了產區的經典骨架,建議醒酒約一小時,最適合與烤紅肉或熟成硬質起司搭配。

2010 Château Phélan Ségur shows deep garnet colour and an assertive nose of ripe dark fruit—blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant—lifted by notes of licorice, tobacco, truffle and a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate it is concentrated and full-bodied, combining power with refinement: a dense but finely measured tannic frame, lively acidity and long, persistent finish. The estate reports an Indian-summer harvest at optimum maturity; fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and 500‑litre barrels, followed by 18 months ageing in oak. Vineyard holdings total about 70 ha with an average vine age near 35 years and a high planting density, all managed to balance stress and ripeness. Winemaker Alain Coculet, with consultant Michel Rolland, has produced a classic Saint-Estèphe that rewards decanting (about 60 minutes) and stands up beautifully to roasted and grilled red meats or aged cheese.

Château Phélan Ségur is a family-owned estate in Saint-Estèphe managed by the Gardinier family. With roughly 70 hectares of vineyards and an average vine age around 35 years, the château blends traditional Médoc structure with modern vinification. Alain Coculet leads winemaking with consulting input from Michel Rolland. The estate focuses on meticulous vineyard work, selective harvesting and a vinification program combining stainless steel and small barrels, followed by extended oak ageing to build depth and ageing potential.
