This 2016 vintage of Louis-Benjamin - Didier Dagueneau Pouilly-Fume Silex is a testament to the mastery of winemaking. The wine is dry, with a green and flinty taste that is characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The wine has a good body and a high level of acidity, making it a perfect match for seafood, poultry, vegetarian dishes, and goat cheese. The flavour intensity is high, and the finish is long and satisfying. The wine is best decanted for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to fully develop.
