品飲筆記:2019 年的 Silex 呈現如燧石擦擊出的礦燒煙熖感,先是礦石、濕石與細碎火燒味,接著跳出檸檬皮、白桃與葡萄柚皮的清爽果香。入口清脆有張力,酸度鮮明但不刺,質地細緻略帶泥土與鹽感,尾韻悠長而乾淨。 酒莊小檔案:出自 Dagueneau 家族 Louis‑Benjamin 系列,延續家族對田間細緻管理與追求「地塊表現」的堅持。團隊重視低產量、人工分選與每一串果實的成熟度,以求原始風土的真實呈現。 釀造手法:分地塊小批次處理,輕柔壓榨、低溫發酵以保留鮮度。透過短期的細澱泥接觸增加口感厚度,但不為追求木桶風味而蓋過礦質核心;整體釀程以最低干預為原則。 葡萄園與風土:取自高比重燧石(silex)地塊,土層淺、礫石豐富,排水良好,這類土地賦予酒款典型的火石感與緊緻礦性。葡萄樹管理講究平衡生長與減產,目的是讓風土的細緻線條能在杯中清晰呈現。

Tasting note: Bright, chiselled and fiercely mineral, this 2019 Silex opens with gunflint and wet stone, then unfurls lemon peel, white peach and grapefruit pith. The palate is taut and racy — concentrated but precise — finishing with saline lift and a long, stony aftertaste. Producer notes: From the Benjamin-Louis project of the Dagueneau family, this bottling carries the lineage’s obsession with vineyard expression and purity. Louis‑Benjamin continues the house ethic of low yields, meticulous sorting and attention to detail in both vineyard and cellar. Winemaking notes: Made in small parcels with minimal intervention, gentle pressing and cool, controlled fermentations preserve freshness. Portions see resting on fine lees to build texture; élevage is subtle, designed to enhance tension rather than oak influence. Vineyard notes: Silex (flint) soils dominate the parcels used for this cuvée — shallow, stony grounds that give pronounced minerality, austerity and a tactile, almost smoky quality. Vines are farmed for balance and concentration, with canopy work and yield control to highlight terroir clarity.
