Producer notes: From the family-run domaine in Vosne-Romanée, this cuvée comes from the Les Raviolles parcel, a village-level site prized for its depth and balance. The estate focuses on low yields and attentive vineyard work to showcase site expression. Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested fruit is treated with gentle extraction to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Fermentation follows a traditional Burgundian approach and the wine is matured in French oak barrels to build texture without overwhelming the fruit.
