2015 Domaine Prieure Roch Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Vieilles Vignes

The 2015 Domaine Prieure Roch Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Vieilles Vignes is a testament to the storied terroir of Cote de Nuits. This wine, crafted from the oldest vines of Clos des Corvées, showcases a savory and classic profile with an enormous body and profound depth. With a moderate decanting time of one hour, it unfolds layers of complexity, making it an excellent companion to rich dishes such as duck breast with a red wine reduction or a hearty beef bourguignon. Its well-structured tannins and vibrant acidity promise a wine that will continue to evolve gracefully in the cellar.
