The 2015 The Maiden (bottled in early 2018) is deep garnet-purple colored with lovely notes of warm redcurrants, black raspberries and wild blueberries with touches of rose hip tea, tobacco, spice box and fragrant earth. Tasting note

The 2015 The Maiden, hailing from the prestigious Napa Valley, is a testament to the art of fine winemaking. This bold and structured red wine exudes a symphony of dark fruit flavors, including black currant, blackberry paste, and wild blueberries, elegantly interwoven with herbal notes of sage and sassafras, and a refined tobacco essence. The palate is greeted with a full body, concentrated flavors, and grainy tannins that lead to a long, earthy finish. Crafted with meticulous care, The Maiden is a second selection from the esteemed Harlan Estate, reflecting the vineyard's pedigree and the region's optimal winemaking conditions. Decanting for two hours is recommended to fully appreciate its complexity. Pair this sumptuous wine with hearty dishes such as grilled ribeye steak or roasted lamb to elevate your dining experience.
