Tasting note
來自沙普提亞的單園力作,酒液呈深石榴紅,香氣層次豐富:紅櫻桃、草本、橘皮的甜感,交織著甘草、黑巧克力與香料的線條。口感飽滿厚實,酒精帶來暖感但不突兀,礫石河床的老藤賦予集中而有緻密感的中段,單寧細緻帶有粉砂質地,尾韻辛香且延展。葡萄來自約90年老藤,種植於舊羅納河床的卵石與礫石層,採生物動力管理並人工分選;在混凝土槽低氧發酵(約三週)、只取流出酒,之後於大槽陳放約16個月。建議醒酒一個半小時,搭配烤羊肉、辛香腸或帶風味的乳酪最合拍。喝起來有力量也留得住細節,適合喜歡濃郁與層次的愛酒人。
A single-vineyard Châteauneuf-du-Pape from M. Chapoutier showing concentrated, terroir-driven intensity. Deep garnet in the glass with an aromatic mix of wild herbs, sweet cherry and candied orange, underscored by liquorice, cocoa and peppery spice. On the palate it is ample and fleshy, warm from ripe fruit and high alcohol yet kept in balance by fine, chalky tannins and a vivid mid-palate. Made from century-old vines planted on Quaternary terraces of galets and shingles; grapes are hand-selected and grown biodynamically. Vinified in concrete (fermentation ~3 weeks at 30–33°C) using only free-run juice, then aged in vats for about 16 months. Expect outstanding density and a long, energetic finish. Serve after a good decant (≈90 minutes) and pair with grilled lamb, spiced sausages, rich stews or aged cheeses.
