Edition No.5 是麥卡倫對天然色澤與橡木桶工藝的致敬。小批量蒸餾、以多種美國橡木桶熟成，讓酒體帶出柔和金黃的色澤與豐富香氣。先以香草和太妃糖迎接，接著有蜜餞水果、熟梨與蜜桃的果感，口中則是圓潤、甜而不膩的焦糖與淡淡橡木辛香：肉桂／肉豆蔻與一抹薑的溫熱。口感綿密順滑，餘韻甜美而持久。酒廠堅持天然色澤與細緻的桶材選用，小批次的手工感明顯，適合慢慢品味。建議倒入郁金香杯，靜置約15分鐘讓香氣拉開；可搭配黑巧克力、熟成芝士或烤肉類享用。

The Macallan Edition No.5 is a celebration of natural colour and cask craft: a small-batch single malt that leans into the warm hues and deep flavours coaxed from American oak. On the nose, gentle vanilla and toffee open into layers of dried fruits, lemon-basil brightness and subtle spice. The palate is fresh and sweet – caramel and poached stone fruit lead, followed by nutmeg and a background of warming ginger, finishing long and pleasantly sweet. Produced by The Macallan under the stewardship of the Edrington Group, Edition No.5 highlights meticulous cask selection and maturation to achieve its signature tone and balance. Serve neat in a tulip glass; allow about 15 minutes in the glass to let oils and aromatics unfurl. Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, roasted game or fruit-forward desserts.
