Martell Cordon Bleu Grand Classic Cognac is a legendary XO-style spirit renowned for its layered complexity and superb elegance. Deep golden-copper in colour, the nose opens with candied orchard fruit—plum and apple—woven with rich mocha, toasted almond and subtle vetiver. The palate is exceptionally rounded and silky, driven by a high proportion of Borderies eaux-de-vie that bring floral grace and smoothness; notes of caramel, gingerbread and roasted cocoa develop through the midpalate. Oak maturation adds gentle spice and a long, resonant finish. Crafted by Martell (now part of Pernod Ricard) and sealed with a T-top cork, this cognac showcases careful blending and extended oak ageing to achieve its opulent, balanced profile. Serve neat after brief aeration to let the aromas bloom.
