Talisker 25 is a classic expression of Isle of Skye: warm gold in the glass with an immediate maritime signature — seaweed, brine and peaty smoke framed by chalky minerality and old oranges. The nose surprises with ripe, juicy fruit notes that soften the coastal austerity. On the palate it opens gently, showing a sweet entry that quickly builds saline acidity and a concentrated savoury intensity. Flavours evolve slowly from honeyed toffee and vanilla to roasted oak spices, white pepper and a chili‑like warmth. The long finish is drying, lightly bitter and smoky, leaving layered citrus peel, salted caramel and a final peppery kick. Matured in oak for 25 years, this limited edition bottling balances refinement with Talisker’s trademark maritime power.

Talisker distillery, located on the rugged shores of the Isle of Skye, crafts maritime, peat‑driven single malts. Owned by Diageo, Talisker ages spirit in oak casks and uses the island’s peat, saline air and cool climate to produce whiskies renowned for smoky, peppery heat balanced by fruity and toffee notes. The 25‑year bottling is a limited edition that showcases extended oak maturation and Talisker’s coastal character.
