On the palate the wine shows plush, ripe fruit balanced by lively acidity and silky tannins, developing into a spice-tinged, persistent finish. Producer & Vineyard: From Two Hands Wines in Barossa Valley, this bottling reflects the region’s warm days and cool nights. Under the stewardship of Ben Perkins (winemaker), owner Michael Twelftree and vineyard manager Travis Coombe, fruit is sourced from low-yielding, well-drained sites across the valley to concentrate flavour and freshness. Winemaking: Gentle extraction and thoughtful handling preserve bright primary fruit while building texture. The wine is matured thoughtfully to maintain clarity of fruit and integrate subtle savoury complexity without masking the varietal expression. Serve & Enjoy: Decant for about 45 minutes and serve slightly below room temperature. Ideal with grilled or roasted red meats, spiced stews and hearty dishes that can stand up to its medium-plus body and savoury spice.
