This wine is a true testament to the art of winemaking. Handpicked by Michael Twelftree, it represents the most premium wine ever produced by Two Hands. The grapes are sourced from the Holy Grail vineyard, crushed and de-stemmed into open top fermenters, and subjected to regular pump overs to extract colour and tannin. After 24 hours, the wine is racked to oak to undergo malolactic fermentation, and then aged for 24 months in 300 litre French oak hogheads. The result is a rich and intense wine, with a dry sweetness and a robust body. It pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and strong cheeses.
