Bordeaux is regarded as one of the world’s finest win¬e producing regions. The whole department of Gironde is dedicated to wine growing.¬ The region is divided into two by the Gironde and Garonne rivers, knowing as Left Bank and Right Bank and separated into different AOCs such as Saint Estephe, Pauillac, Saint Julien, Margaux in Haut Medoc, renowned as their prestigious red wines. 😍
於1987年時脫離格拉夫，獨立成為AOC產區。產區命
佢哋嘅紅酒主要以赤霞珠 同品麗珠混釀, 風格變化多樣，以黑醋栗味和雪松味為主導風味; 白酒就以長相思和賽美蓉為主, 充滿果香, 而且勁有陳年潛力. 👍🏻
Pessac-Leognan, famous in producing both red and white wines which was created in 1987 after the separation from Graves AOC. Gravel and pebbles soil, together with slightly warmer climate and the complexity of soil have formed the terroir of Pessac. Grapes used for their reds are tended to use Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, creating exquisite, fruity wines with a sense of freshness. 👍🏻 Meanwhile, their white wines are made predominantly from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, making it long-lived with full of fruitiness. 🥂

Our recommendation today: Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte has been awarded Gold Winner for Best Of Wine Tourism in 2019.🥇 Usually, Smith Haut Lafitte requires ageing over a decade to become approachable, let's enjoy its second wine now. 2014 Les Hauts de Smith has higher proportion of Merlot compare to its first label. Medium bodied, with loads of black fruits, bouquet of violet and herbal, making it juicy and fresh. 😋
